During the event speakers revealed the tools to improve the efficiency of scrap metal business in terms of implementation of new technologies, banking services, e-commerce, information and analytics, application of price indices in strategy of work with customers and authorities, minimisation of legal and tax risks.
Victor Kovshevny, Director of the Association RUSLOM.COM, spoke about the performance of the scrap market in Ryazan, noting that the region ranks 4th in scrap collection efficiency among other Russian regions. He also highlighted analytical data on internal and external scrap and metal markets, trends and forecasting scenarios.
Belyaeva Natalia, General Director of Delphi Law Company, Expert of Recycling Committee and Business Russia, highlighted the risks of “double licensing” and differentiation of scrap and waste in business processes.
